These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from VapeGuard Limited through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and normal manufacturing variations.
VapeGuard products are flexible silicone protectors designed to fit around compatible tank glass. Customers are responsible for checking the stated size range and measuring their tank correctly before ordering.
Unless expressly stated, references to particular tank manufacturers, brands or models are provided only to help customers understand product fit and compatibility. VapeGuard Limited is not affiliated with those manufacturers.
3. Product Sizes
- Standard: 19–28 mm
- Large: 27–38 mm
Measure the diameter across the widest point of the tank glass. There is an overlap between the two sizes at 27–28 mm, where either size may be suitable depending on the tank and preferred fit.
Because tanks and replacement glass can vary, compatibility information is provided as guidance and does not replace measuring the actual tank.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your basket. After your order is placed, we may send an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm that it is being processed or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or description error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
- we cannot legally fulfil the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time the order is placed. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before the customer completes the purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely and do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.
6. Delivery
UK delivery normally takes 2–3 days. Delivery to all other countries normally takes 5–7 days. Delivery charges are shown on the website or during checkout. Further information can be found in our Delivery and Shipping Policy.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable law.
7. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must tell us that you wish to cancel within this period. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Further details are contained in our Returns and Refunds Policy. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Goods supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal purpose. If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
10. Product Use
VapeGuard products should only be used for their intended purpose. Customers should ensure that:
- the correct size is selected;
- the product is correctly fitted;
- the product does not obstruct airflow controls, filling mechanisms or other operating components; and
- the tank and product are checked periodically for damage or deterioration.
VapeGuard is intended to help cushion tank glass against everyday knocks and impacts. No protective product can guarantee that glass will never break.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, VapeGuard Limited is not responsible for losses caused by misuse or incorrect installation, use with an unsuitable or incorrectly sized tank, modification of the product, damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or indirect business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Intellectual Property
The content of our website, including text, photographs, graphics, product designs, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to VapeGuard Limited unless stated otherwise. It must not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
13. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may alter, update or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase will normally be those in force when you placed your order.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of mandatory legal protections available in the part of the UK in which they live.
