Returns

Our standard returns period is 30 days from purchase. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging unless they are faulty.

If the selected VapeGuard size does not fit your compatible tank glass, contact us with your order details and a photograph showing the fit. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
